At SOULNSMELL, we aim to provide a clear and reliable delivery experience across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all seven emirates within the United Arab Emirates, to physical addresses only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

· Free delivery on orders above AED 100

· A flat delivery fee of AED 15 applies to orders below AED 100

Our standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days within the UAE.

For confirmed orders placed before 2:00 PM:

· Orders in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman may be delivered on the same day

· Orders to the remaining emirates are usually delivered the next day

We deliver every day of the week.

· Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid contact number

· Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, heavy traffic, or unexpected operational delays

· We may contact the customer if clarification is needed regarding the address or delivery time
