SOULNSMELL offers coffee products, compatible capsules, and related services within the United Arab Emirates.

 

2)    Accuracy of Information

 

We aim to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and images as accurate as possible. However, unintended errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them at any time.

 

3)    Product Availability

 

All orders are subject to stock availability. Any order may be cancelled or adjusted if an item becomes unavailable or if a pricing or inventory error occurs.

 

4)    Order Acceptance

 

Placing an order does not automatically mean final acceptance by the store. We reserve the right to review, accept, decline, or contact the customer before processing, where necessary.

 

5)    Pricing and Payment

 

All prices shown on the website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless otherwise stated.

We currently accept the following payment methods within the UAE:

           Secure online payment through the website

           Cash on Delivery (COD), with an additional AED 5 fee

           Card on Delivery (CCOD), where this service applies

           A secure payment link through WhatsApp for eligible orders or when arranged with our team

Some payment options may vary depending on device, browser, or payment gateway updates.

An order is not considered finally confirmed until checkout is completed or confirmed by our team, where required.

 

6)    Delivery

 

Delivery within the UAE is handled in accordance with the Delivery Policy published on the website.

 

7)    Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

 

Pre-shipment cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with the Return, Exchange and Refund Policy published on the website, without prejudice to consumer rights that apply by law in relevant cases.
